WELCOME TO ROGUE ELEMENTS
Industry leaders in ethical disposal, upcycling and recycling of finished and unwanted sets, props, costumes and set dressings.
We provide FREE no obligation quotations for all our services
Props, costumes and dressings are removed after the film/TV show is signed off and taken to our discreet processing centre in the West Country. Our team carefully sort through everything and remove anything relating to the production. Any items that may be required for marketing are returned and the remainder is either repurposed, sold or donated. All profit made from sales is donated to charitable organisations.
Currently most sets are being burnt or crushed…
We can strike from set if needed, transport either at filming completion or remove from storage. Then our team strip and dismantle everything whilst salvaging anything that can be reused. Currently less than 10% is being sent to landfill and we donate many items to worthy causes.
Currently production companies are paying to destroy sets and dressings.
We charge to remove them and then we recycle them. We can provide full documentation if required on how much we have salvaged and in many instances where it has gone to be repurposed. Recyling may not be the cheapest option but it is the best choice and doesn’t cost as much as you think. This also helps with your carbon footprint, unlike burning and sending to landfill.
Rogue’s aim is to reduce waste created within TV and film production. Our main objective is to upcycle and recycle 100% of all sets, props and set dressings we receive, whilst helping charitable organisations along the way. The systems we have in place enable an ethical process which production companies can utilise. This green business model helps by removing the all too familiar headache scenario of what to do and how to do it best.

Occasionally we receive glass fibre, if it’s intact we change the appearance by painting etc then donate to local theatre groups to be used in their stage productions. We always ensure traceability protection which guarantees no copyright status can be compromised.
Props and set dressing.
All loads we receive we meticulously sort removing any sensitive material, we also find the items often needed for marketing purposes or requested by the production companies. Once we have sorted through everything we immediately donate a large proportion to local and national charities. Anything we have left we sell again whilst protecting all sources. After costs, we donate the remainder to worthwhile causes such as food banks and community kitchens.
